Ingredients Required
- Water as required
- Salt 1 tbs
- Pasta Fusilli macaroni 70 g
- Cold water as required
Prepare Salad Dressing
- Pickled Cucumber 1/2 cup
- Pickle juice 1 tbs
- Garlic cloves 2
- Olive oil 5 tbs or as required
- Salt ½ tsp or to taste
- Red chilli crushed ½ tsp
- Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
- Red bell pepper diced ½ Cup
- Black olives ½ Cup
- Cherry tomatoes ½ Cup
- Onion diced ½ Cup
- Cottage cheese cubes 200g
- Fresh parsley handful ½ cup
- Black pepper crushed
Cooking Method
- Bring water, salt, and other ingredients to a boil in a pot.
- Fusilli macaroni should be added, mixed thoroughly, and boiled for 5-7 minutes.
- After straining, rinse with tap water, and leave away.
Get salad dressing ready
- Blend pickled cucumber, pickled juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, red chilli powder, and black pepper in a blender until smooth. Set aside.
- In a bowl ,add boiled Fusilli macaroni ,prepared salad dressing & stir well.
- Add the cherry tomatoes, onion, cottage cheese, fresh parsley, red bell pepper, black olives, green olives, and olives. Toss thoroughly.
- Crush some black pepper over the top, add cherry tomatoes, and serve!
