- Oil 2 tbsp.
- onion chopped 1 medium
- Boiled shredded chicken 350gm
- Crushed red chili 1/2 tbsp.
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- All-purpose flour 2 tbsp.
- Milk 1/2 cup
For Potato
- Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
- Egg yolk 2
- Green chilies 2
- black pepper 1/2 tbsp.
- salt 1/2 tbsp. or to taste
- Fresh coriander chopped 2 tbsp.
- Cheddar cheese grated 1/2 cup
- mozzarella cheese grated 1/2 cup
- All-purpose flour sifted 1 cup or as required
- Bread Crumbs 1 cup or as required
Cooking Method
- Take a pan and add 2 tbsp. oil , chopped onion and fry until light golden.
- Add boiled and shredded chicken and mix well.
- Add crushed red chilies, garlic powder and mix well.
- Add all-purpose flour , mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add milk, mix well and cook until dries up(2-3 minutes) and let it cool down
- In a bowl , remove egg yolks from egg and set aside for later use.
- In a bowl, add mashed boil potatoes ,add reserved eff yolks , black pepper, green chilies, salt , fresh coriander and mix well.
- Now add cooked chicken mixture, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and mix until well combined.
- Grease hands with oil , take a mixture 45 g and make croquettes of equal sizes (Makes 25) and freeze for 1 hour.
- Now coat Croquettes in all-purpose flour then dip it into beaten egg whites and coat in bread crumbs.
- In a pan ; add oil, heat it and fry croquettes on low medium flame until golden brown. Your Chicken Croquettes are ready to eat.

Can be stored in freezer for up to 1 month.

- 1 to 2 green chilies
Cooking Method
- Take a large bowl and add mashed boil potato ,shredded chicken, bread crumbs, corn flour, chicken powder , mozzarella cheese , cheddar cheese , red chili powder, ginger garlic powder, black pepper, salt ,egg, green chilies chop , onion , mix until well combined.
- cover and let it rest for 10 minutes. Grease hands with oil. Take 75 g of potato mixture .Now take a circle shape cutter and cut this into parts and take a small circle shape cutter and cut it into center and your donut shape is ready. You can make this shape with your hands also.
- After making doughnut shape , dip donuts one by one in beaten egg then coat it in bread crumbs .
- Now fry it on medium flame until golden brown. Your Chicken Cheese donuts are ready.
