Potato sticks

A thin slice of potato that has been deep-fried, roasted, or air-fried till crunchy is known as a potato stick (American English; frequently just chip) or crisp (British and Irish English). They are frequently offered as a side dish, appetizer, or snack. The basic chips are salted and fried; the additional kinds are made with a variety of flavorings and substances, such as cheeses, herbs, spices, and other natural or artificial flavors.

Ingredients Required 

  • Boil Mashed Potatoes  1/2 kg
  • Boil Chicken 1/2 cup
  • Green Capsicum (fine chopped) 1/4 cup
  • Cheddar Cheese 3-4 tbsp.
  • Chicken cube one
  • salt as required
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp.
  • Green chilies (fine chopped) 1 to 2
  • Bread  (fine cut )(One slice ) (required in potato mixture)
  • Chili Garlic sauce 1 tbsp.
  • Egg one
  • Bread crumbs ( As required for coating)

 Cooking Method

  1. Take a large bowl and add mashed potatoes ,boil shredded chicken , capsicum, cheddar cheese, chicken cube, salt, black pepper, green chilies, bread , chili garlic sauce.
  2. Mix all the ingredients well . Cover and let it rest for 10 mins.
  3. Grease hands with oil. . Take small portion of better .Apply on ice cream stick one by one. Dip in  beaten egg then coat it in bread crumbs.
  4. Deep frying in medium flame until golden brown .Your Chicken Cheese Potato Sticks are ready. 

Suggestion

After frying, put foil on sticks and serve it with cheese sauce.
