Ingredients Required

  • Chicken boneless half kg (cut into thin and long strips)
  • Mayonnaise 4tbsp.
  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp.
  • black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • mustard paste 1tsp
  • chili flakes 1/2 tbsp.
  • salt to taste
  • chicken powder 1/2 tsp.
  • Paprika 1/2 tsp.
  • All-purpose flour 3 tbsp.
  • egg one
  • bread crumbs as required

Cooking Method

  1. Take a bowl. Add mayonnaise , ginger garlic paste , black pepper , mustard paste, chili flakes, salt, chicken powder , paprika , all -purpose flour. Mix all the ingredients well.
  2. Add chicken strips and mix well. Set aside for 1 hour.
  3. Now coat the strips one by one first in beaten egg then in bread crumbs.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan on a medium flame .Fry chicken strips until golden brown.
  5. Your Crispy Fried Chicken Strips are ready to serve!
