Ingredients Required
- Tomatoes 5 medium
- Water ½ Cup
- Cooking oil ½ Cup
- Chicken mix boti 750g
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp.
- Green chilies deseeded & julienne 5-6
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder 1 & ½ tsp
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Yogurt whisked ½ Cup
- Fresh coriander chopped (for garnishing)

Cooking Method
- Slice tomatoes down the middle and spot them in a griddle.
