Ingredients Required

For Pasta

  • Pasta 1 Cup
  • Chicken 1 Cup
  • Capsicum 1/2
  • Carrot 1
  • Butter 1tbsp
  • Chili Sauce 1 tsp
  • Soya Sauce 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Thyme for Garnish
  • chili flakes for Garnish
  • Oregano for Garnish

For white sauce

  • Milk 2 Cups
  • Butter 40 gms (1/4 Cup)
  • Plain Flour 1 tbsp.
  • White Pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Cheddar Cheese 1/4 Cup

Cooking Method

For Pasta

  1. Add 3 cups of water , 1 tbsp. of oil and salt as required in a pan to boil the pasta .
  2. Add butter in a separate pan. Then add chicken in it and cook until it changes its color .After that add carrots , capsicum , salt , black pepper and for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Now add soya sauce and chili sauce in it. Mix well and turn off the flame

For white sauce

  1. In a separate pot ,add butter and plain flour , mix well .After that add 2 cups of milk and mix well with the help of whisk.
  2. Add white pepper, salt , cheddar cheese and mix well.
  3. Add Boiled pasta in white sauce mixture. Add cooked pasta ingredients as well. Mixed well
  4. Garnish with thyme. Enjoy!

Suggestion

You can garnish with corns as well.
