Ingredients Required

  •  Eggs 2 large
  •  Caster sugar ¾ Cup 
  •  Butter unsalted ½ Cup (100 gms) room temperature
  •  Salt ¼ tsp
  •  Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  •  Cocoa powder 1/3 Cup
  •  All-purpose flour sifted ½ Cup
  •  Icing sugar

Cooking Method

  1. Add the eggs and sugar to a bowl and beat for two to three minutes. 
  2. Add the butter and blend thoroughly. Beat well after adding salt, vanilla essence, and chocolate powder.
  3.  With the aid of the spatula, stir in the all-purpose flour. Place butter paper in an 8 × 8-inch baking pan, pour the prepared batter in it, spread it out evenly, and tap the baking pan on the work surface two or three times. 
  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 C. If a toothpick inserted into a baked brownie comes out clean, the brownie is done. 
  5. After allowing it to cool, cut it into the appropriate size. 
  6. Add some icing sugar and then serve!

Suggestion

Can be frozen for up to one month and then thawed over night in the refrigerator. Can be stored for up to two to three days in an airtight container on a shelf.
