Ingredients Required

  • Cream ¾ Cup
  •  Milk ¾ Cup
  •  Chicken stock ½ Cup ( 1 stock cube dissolved in hot water ) 
  • Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
  •  Onion chopped 1 small 
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbs
  •  Tomato puree ½ Cup
  •  Mustard paste 1 tbs
  •  Red chilli powder ½ tsp or to taste
  •  Salt ½ tsp or to taste
  •  Paprika powder 1 tsp
  •  Dried oregano 1 tsp
  •  Macaroni boiled 250g
  •  Cheddar cheese grated 4 tbs or as required
  •  Mozzarella cheese grated 4 tbs or as required

Cooking Method

  1. Add the cream, milk, and chicken stock to a jug, mix well, and leave aside.
  2.  Add cooking oil, onion, and garlic to a wok and sauté until the onions are transparent. 
  3. Add tomato puree and mustard paste, combine well, and simmer for one to two minutes.
  4.  Mix thoroughly after adding the red chilli powder, salt, paprika powder, dried oregano.
  5.  Bring the milk and cream mixture to a boil before adding them. 
  6. Add the cooked pasta and thoroughly combine.
  7.  Add the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, and stir until the cheese melts.
  8. Mac n Cheese Macaroni is ready to serve!
